We are looking for Project Manager

Due to increased workload, we are looking for a committed and energetic person Project Manager who will be responsible for managing exciting projects, both nationally and internationally, in one of the leading companies for composite structures throughout Europe. You will be part of an exciting and multidisciplinary company, located with office and production facilities in Norway (Ulsteinvik, Sandvika, Gjøvik & Kvamsøy), and in Latvia (Saldus and Liepaja). Brimer protects customers' assets, whether they are above or below water. Our work is to ensure that our customers' assets are Protected for Life, whether it's clean water, good food or critical infrastructure such as oil, gas or renewable energy installations.

The position has the following responsibilities and main tasks:

• Responsible for planning, organizing and executing projects from start to finish on time, cost and quality.
• Financial follow-up, reporting, project procurement, progress planning etc.
• Coordination of different disciplines in major interdisciplinary projects, both turnkey contracts and subcontracts.
• Be close to the customer throughout the implementation process, while at the same time taking care of contractual matters to strengthen your own benefit realization.
• Follow up production, sales support and customer contact.

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications and personal qualities:

• Relevant education in building and construction / engineering / vocational school.
• Experience from a similar position, preferably within construction.
• General understanding of project execution and contracts.
• Good knowledge of the Norwegian Standard.
• Take responsibility, lead project execution and contracts.
• Be motivated to work in teams, and across functions and departments in the company.
• Ability to work in a structured way, while being efficient and having decision-making ability.
• Result-oriented with good business acumen.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written in Norwegian and English.
