Erika Skarbø has been Norway's first-choice goalkeeper on the national football team. Before she started working with Brimer as HR and HSEQ manager in Entec Group, she has a background in work and organizational psychology and has worked in the energy and offshore industries.
– As a former top athlete, I know that we need both individualism and team spirit, says Erika. – That is exactly what we have in Brimer The whole team is ready to stand out if it's against them, but it's also allowed to stand out, to come up with new ideas and create achievements in areas of development we haven't thought of. Yet.
